As previous guest services and housekeeping managers, we have worked at 5-star and Diamond-rated hotels such as Ritz-Carlton and Intercontinental for over 20 years, which led to the idea and launch of this business. We want to apply those same standards to your property and your tenants who live, shop, and work at your property. We take great pride in what we do; therefore, we direct our attention to details and reliability when performing our services.
Employees & Safety
To deliver you quality services, we have to rely on our most significant assets: our employees. In this industry specifically, there are very high-turnover rates for employees. We recognize their importance and how hard they work; we pay them above minimum wage, paid time off, and quarterly outings. When we have happy staff members, you can ensure that our work will shine at your property.
We also understand how important safety is when protecting your property and other tangible assets. We are ready to show you our worker’s compensation policy and general liability insurance. We also check our employees and select only a few employees with access instructions. Also, all keys and remotes are stored back in our office at the end of the day.
Our Response to COVID-19
We know that COVID-19 isn’t going anywhere and that it will just be a part of our daily life and the way we view cleanliness. Disinfection has been our standard even before the pandemic, but we have laser-focused our processes for disinfection. As an essential duty on every property, we target high-touch services such as intercoms, elevator buttons, doorknobs, mailboxes, and door handles. We have also equipped ourselves with electrostatic sanitizing equipment.
