I am on the HOA for our building and have been a resident in our building for over 16 years. During this time, we have gone through two previous maintenance companies until we were introduced to Green Group Property Maintenance by another HOA board in our neighborhood.
We have been using this company for over three years and I can't say enough positive things about them. They are professional, responsive, consistent and do amazing work. The owner, Edgar, is always available and willing to help. We have even dropped a couple of vendors such as lighting, gardening and garbage chute cleaning, because the GG has provided reasonable quotes for the extra tasks and done amazing work.
